Our service does not stop with the purchase of your property on the Costa del Sol. Even after the transfer, we are happy to help you with all kinds of matters related to owning a (holiday) home abroad. Would you, for instance, like to redecorate or possibly even completely or partially renovate the property and which competent contractor can you approach for that? Are you planning to (partially) rent out the property and who could take care of that for you? Which reliable organisation will then do the cleaning or home management? Are you handy yourself or are you looking for an experienced painter, plumber, electrician or perhaps someone to maintain your garden or swimming pool?
