Our portfolio of properties on the Costa del Sol can be described as extensive, with all available properties listed in the updated database on this website. However, if you have not yet been able to find a suitable property, we would be pleased to offer you our ‘customised advice’ service. By completing the property requirements form below, you can provide us with your specific requirements, after which we will continue searching on your behalf in a more targeted manner through our network of partner estate agents on the Costa del Sol. In addition, we monitor properties that are newly available on the market or offered through off market sales.

Careful planning saves time and money

The more information we receive from you, the better we can advise you. Are you looking for a property by the coast, near a golf course or perhaps in a more peaceful inland location? An apartment, penthouse, villa or perhaps a rustic finca? What are your preferred distances to the airport, supermarket, public transport, schools or other desired amenities? Which region within our working area, from the Málaga region to Marbella and Estepona, appeals to you most? Naturally, an indication of your budget is also an important and determining factor. When establishing your budget, you should take into account the additional costs, known as ‘buyer’s costs’, which amount to approximately 10–15% of the purchase price. Once the key criteria and budget for your intended (holiday) property have been identified, we will create a ‘property profile’, which will serve as the basis for selecting properties that match your requirements.

Once we have found a suitable selection of properties, we will send these to you by email for further consideration, including a brief description and photographs. If our proposal has sparked your interest, we can arrange a complimentary viewing of the relevant property or properties. Not quite what you are looking for yet? We will simply continue searching through future properties that come onto the market, without any costs or obligations.
