After the sudden death of our regular contact person in Benalmádena, with whom we worked for almost 20 years, we started looking for another person or organisation that could take care of all matters related to owning our own flat. This is how we came into contact with Marc Beuk and his wife Patricia of Marevista Estates.

From talking to them, it was clear that they were very eager to solve "our problem". Their approach is professional, they speak their languages, including fluent Spanish, which is obviously a plus in Spain. Moreover, they had experience in providing service and service delivery. Now, after working with them for a year, we can say without any reservations that all the (financial) agreements made have been duly fulfilled.

Indeed, we find it very desirable to have someone on site to take action when needed when we are not there ourselves. That gives us peace of mind. And Marc and Patricia give us that. They also unburden us by arranging cleaning services, handing over keys when renting out, checking the flat and replacing equipment when necessary. It now feels very familiar.

Although we have no experience of selling property in Spain, if we were to sell our flat - given our experience - we would definitely use Marevista's estate agency services. We ended up at Marevista Estates when we were looking for a trusted address for key management and further services for our flat at Finca Dona Maria in Benalmadena.
