With knowledge of the market, the buying and selling process and the Spanish language, we are happy to help you find a suitable (holiday) home on the Costa del Sol. In providing guidance and advice during this careful process, we can also make use of the expertise of specialists within our network, such as a lawyer, tax consultant or mortgage advisor. Unlike in the Netherlands, our services as a buying agent are completely free of charge. The commission for the work of an estate agent is paid by the selling party.
