To measure is to know!
The more information we obtain from you, the better we can advise you. Are you looking for a property by the coast, a golf course or rather inland and in a quieter location? A flat, penthouse, villa or rather a rustic finca? What are the desired distances to the airport, supermarket, public transport, schools or other desired facilities? Which region within our field of operations from the region of Málaga to the region of Marbella and Estepona appeal to you the most? Of course, an indication of your budget is also a very important and decisive factor. When determining your budget, you should take into account the additional costs, the so-called 'buyer's costs', which amount to between 10-15% of the purchase price. Once the main criteria and the budget of the desired (holiday) home have become clear, we create a 'home profile', which serves as a basis for selecting homes that match your requirements.
